I was looking for better words that could help me to improve my SEO , when i found an interesting , amazing and reassuring story on Google Trends.

I’m talking about the #ally. An hashtag that it takes an important meaning for our society. An hashtag born from the vision of eyes that have been asleep for a long time. An hashtag that’s asking : “ How can i become an ally? How can i help marginalized communities?”.

I think.. “when the time of distractions froze, someone’s soul melted away from coldness”.

History teachs us that (BIPOC) Black , Indigenous, people of color , they have always been victims of conflicts of interest, colonialism and xenophobic policies, without having any fault for it. People whose native lands have often become fields of battle, extermination, suffering and inequality. People robbed of their wealth, their rights, their own lives. All this because they had the “misfortune” of being born in those places targeted by people who are actually beasts, poor in spirit and soul, who would not know how to get what they want except through evil. All this crap to fuel a materialistic capitalism which today, it seems, is destroying the existence of the racists themselves.

But unfortunately there are those who have never learned shit from history. If not repeat dates and events from memory, without grasping the most significant and useful aspects in life.
That is, that great achievements and great tragedies have always been due to the actions of men. Man moves the threads of himself and of others, it is man who chooses whether to act for good or ill. Each of us can make great gestures for better or for worse, because our being allows it.

I am tired of an elite that sows terror, hatred, malaise and poverty. I am tired of paying the consequences of other people’s decisions on my own skin. And I’m tired of seeing poor people like me being turned against me.

These are some of the motivations that led me to work to build my wealth and take part in the Invictus Project.

I would like to see a new world, the best version of the world that could exist, the one it should always have been. And to start changing the world in an active way it is not necessary to be rich, but to trigger something big, these 8 simple actions are enough as Syracuse University suggests : 8 ways to be a (better) ally.

Although I was not aware of this hastag and of all the movements that have arisen regarding the issues of equality, in my daily life I have already become a better ally.

I recently met an African girl, my age, with an almost supernatural spirit and inner strength. As soon as I got to know her story and understood more about her, I decided to bring her into my business and take care of her.
Today I share my knowledge, my experiences and my tools with her because I want to make her a successful professional in this business. I want to change his existence. And empower her to help other people in turn, changing the world together one step at a time. You can be part of it too. Let’s connect on linkedin.

Think: If you were in a situation of minority, inequality, injustice and existential suffering, what world would you like to be around you?

Part of the reason so many Americans are so defensive is because we’ve been led to believe that racist is a fixed category, that it’s a tattoo, it’s a label. Of course they’re going to say, I’m not a racist, I’m not a bad person.
